Product Introduction
- High production capacity. Three-pitch principle design, when the back twist rate is 33%, the speed is 1.5 times that of ordinary twisted pair machines
- One machine for two purposes: Triple twisting and untwist twisting modes to meet higher quality wire twisting process.
- Stable tension: The take-up tension remains constant from empty reel to full reel
- Accurate twisting distance: Servo motor control, PLC directly sets the twisting distance value, error ±2%
- Large wheel diameter: The take-up wheel and each wire guide wheel adopt a large wheel diameter design to reduce the bending radius of the wire and avoid damage to the twist length.
- Intelligent: The twisting length and the twist-off rate are controlled by PLC program, combined with the humanized touch screen operation screen, intelligent control
