Application

This machine is suitable for high-speed stranding of copper wire, aluminum wire and compressed conductor.

The rotary bow is made of imported carbon fiber, which can be replaced with spring steel bow piece to adapt to higher load according to production needs.

The electric lifting platform is arranged below the ground below the machine platform, which is convenient for quick and easy bobbin loading and unloading.

The whole machine adopts HMI+PLC control system, the computer presets the twisting pitch, twisting direction so the speed synchronous control is achieved.
