Application
It is suitable for stranding of conductors or core wires such as silver-plated wire, tin-plated wire,
enameled wire, bare copper wire, copper-clad steel, copper-clad aluminum etc.
Product Introduction
- The rotation speed is high, the tension is constant from an empty disc to a full disc, the stranded wire quality is excellent, the whole machine is driven by a synchronous belt, and the twist pitch is changed by replacing the twist pitch gear, and the operation is simple.
- The main engine is lubricated by engine all and cooled by natural circulation, which effectively extends the life of the spindle bearings
- The bearings of the entire machine are all made of well-known brands, and the bow straps are made of new materials with good flexibility to avoid stock jumping caused by vibration during high-speed operation. The motors, frequency converters, and electromagnetic brakes are all made of well-known brands to reduce failure rates and maintenance costs.
